All of us have tight schedules every day.Waking up early mornings,heavy traffic,work load in office and home,dropping off & picking up kids from school,making the house clean –all of these things ‘ll show some effect on everyone in the form of stress and put altogether in a single day can make the daily life more difficult. Besides having high stress,if you are lacking some good sleep also every day ,you are in real danger.It can have negative effects on your body health.

For a properly working mind and body,getting sufficient sleep every day is essential.You might have experienced that you feel lazy and sluggish after a bad night sleep.Your body needs some time to recharge the batteries ,the process which accelerates when you ‘re sleeping.Even though everyone of us are being advised by doctors continuously on importance of getting at least 8 hours of sleep every day,its not that easy to get it done due to our hectic schedules.
However, if you are finding it hard to get enough sleep at night,you can do this during day time.And this would be more easy for people who are involved in household business or part time employees.If your case is far enough from this,you need n’t worry.Its just a matter of finding 30 minutes of free time during your day time to have a cat nap.
Doing this cat nap 3-4 times a week can make your body more healthier decreasing your risk for heart disease,making you tension free and takes care of your skin too .Cat naps help your body to rest during day time and can relieve you of any type of stress.When you get up after a 20-30 minutes of cat nap ,you feel refreshed and can focus on your daily tasks more effectively.
But working hours from 9-5 makes it hard to find time to have a nap.Moreover, some of the bosses are so strict on employes napping at their desks.So the ideal time would be after work or after a bath before dinner to squeeze in some minutes to have a nap.Tell her/him and your children that you need to rest for a while and find your favorite spot to sleep on .You can sleep on the bed too, but it can make you sleep longer than 30 minutes which makes the purpose go down.If you sleep for too long,you feel tired of doing work.The purpose is to just get sufficient sleep for your body to re energize and make you feel better.
House wives can find time to have a cat nap fitting their work schedule.You can put off cleaning and cooking for a few minutes to keep your body healthier and giving it needed rest.Having a cat nap 3 times a week is not a big matter and you can go for it on one of your weekends and once during the week ,say Tuesday or Wednesday. By this way, you can prioritize your tasks during the week and be able to get enough rest on your weekends which makes you prepared for the next week.
