This group is for working women who need support in work-life balance. The group will also address self esteem and assertiveness issues.
Women’s Group
This group is for all women who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, weight issues, relationship problems, parenting issues.

There is a $35 registration fee.
90 minute groups cost $50 per session.
There is a discount for prepayment of 8 sessions – cost will be $350 (regularly $400).
60 minute groups cost $35 per session. There is a discount for prepayment of 8 sessions – cost will be $250 (regularly $280).
