The program that I used before is very simple to follow. You will still be able to eat things that you like and the exercise required is not that much. You will find that as you lose weight and become accustomed to being more active in your life, you will actually feel like increasing the amount of exercise that you do. It just seems to go with the healthy lifestyle which is what you will be changing.
You don’t have to spend any extra money at all if you don’t want to. There are things you should consider when dieting such as taking a good multivitamin. I really don’t like to use the word “diet” because it implies not eating. Losing weight is about “common sense” eating and getting off your fat butt and doing a little exercise.Yes I said FAT. Don’t look for political correctness from me, I tell it like it is. Look at the picture and tell me I’m not fat. Over weight sounds nicer but lets not sugar coat it. I weighed 337 lbs. when the picture was taken on March 1st. I weighed 350 at the beginning of the year when I vowed to lose 100 pounds this year. I have done it before and I am going to do it again. This time, I decided to keep a day to day account of my weight loss story via my blog that I call the Best Way To Lose Weight For Free. You can follow along and watch me drop the weight. Like I said, I have done this before so I am confident that I can do this. In 1996 I lost 75 lbs in about 9 months time. I am going to use the same techniques that I used then. I only have to lose an average of 8 lbs per month to make my goal and so far I am on track.Just in case your wondering, I did not gain the weight back right away. The weight gain was a result of the lifestyle that goes with traveling for a living. My old job required me to travel and work 12 hour days, 7 days a week with only a few days in between jobs. Living like this results in a lot of fast food meals and not very much time to spend exercising if any. I put on the weight gradually over a ten year period. The last 50 pounds actually occurred last year when I quit smoking cigarettes.
